ENTERTAINMENT:

Carol Thorns and CODA will perform on the electric cello & saxophone, accompanied by a vocalist.

Watch the 4 Teams, each led by a well-known Chef and including Franschhoek Chefs, as they battle it out for the ultimate title of “Champion Chef Team”.

The chefs will be preparing the food in the Chefs’ Kitchen, which will be shared via a Live Feed Camera to the guests throughout the restaurant, so guests can see what is happening in the kitchen.

And our hosts, Chef Chris Erasmus and Mark Dendy-Young, will keep us abreast of what is happening, share some humorous anecdotes of each chef - and keep us entertained.

Chef Chris Erasmus will also do a Demonstration on Foraging and will be joined by our Mystery Guest Chef.

Guests will Enjoy:

A delicious Leopard’s Leap Rotisserie - Family Style Luncheon.
Sample the dishes the chefs prepare during the chefs' challenge. The 4 Chefs’ Team will prepare 50 Tasters each for the guests.

Enjoy a FUN, relaxed fundraiser to help us raise much needed funds for Franschhoek SPCA.

At the FRANSCHHOEK SPCA, we believe that animals, as living creatures, have a value beyond economic measurement and are entitled to legal, moral and ethical consideration and protection. Our aim is the prevention of cruelty to animals and to provide a place of safety and care for all animals in distress. SPCA work encompasses all animals, including wildlife, equine and farm animals, marine life and animals used for experimentation. We are a non-profit organisation not funded by government, and rely on the general public for financial support.
